Finance Assistant in Fife

Your New Company Based in Dunfermline, our client is recruiting for a Finance Assistant to join their team on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative finance team within a business that continues to invest in both its people and systems. The organisation has recently undertaken significant investment in its workplace environment and is embarking on an exciting period of systems improvement and automation. As a result, this role offers genuine scope to develop your skills and gain exposure to a broad range of finance activities over time. The hours of work are 37.5 hours per week with flexibility over start and finish times, although the team tend to work 8am - 4pm. There is also the opportunity to bank overtime hours. The organisation offers hybrid working: 3 days in the office and 2 days from home. The offices have on-site parking and are easily accessible both by road and rail. Your New Role Reporting into the Finance Manager, you will join a supportive transactional finance function and play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the purchase-to-pay process.This is not a typical high-volume accounts payable position.
