We are currently recruiting for a Building care taker to join a well-established organisation within the South West. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with practical maintenance experience who enjoys a varied, hands-on role.
Your new role
You will be responsible for carrying out a range of low-level maintenance and repair tasks to help ensure buildings and facilities remain safe, clean and well maintained.
Duties may include:
- Painting and decorating touch-ups
- Furniture assembly and minor repairs
- Assisting with site upkeep and housekeeping duties
- Supporting contractors when required
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous maintenance, care taking, facilities or handyperson experience
- Practical DIY skills and a positive, can-do attitude
- Ability to work independently and manage your workload
- Good communication skills
- Reliable and punctual approach to work
What you'll get in return
Monday to Friday working hours
No weekends
£13.45 per hour
