An established and highly respected property consultancy is seeking a motivated and detail-orientated Graduate Valuation Surveyor to join its growing valuation team. Operating across East Anglia, the firm provides expert advice on a range of commercial and residential property matters and offers an excellent environment for graduates looking to develop their careers and work towards MRICS qualification. This is an outstanding opportunity to gain hands-on experience across a diverse portfolio of assets while receiving structured APC support and exposure to a broad range of valuation instructions.

Your new role
Working alongside experienced Chartered Valuation Surveyors, the successful candidate will assist with the delivery of professional valuation advice for a varied client base including lenders, investors, developers, pension funds, business owners and private clients. As part of the role, you will assist with property inspections and attend site visits, support the preparation of valuation reports, collect and analyse market data, assist with development appraisals and viability assessments and liaise with clients and professional contacts. You will also receive support to work towards chartership.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed, you will ideally be required to hold a degree in Real Estate or similar. Candidates holding a degree in a non-property related discipline will also be considered, provided they can demonstrate a genuine interest in pursuing a career in the property sector and are considering undertaking a Real Estate or property-related masters degree to support their progression towards professional qualification. Strong analytical and numerical capabilities are required. Access to a vehicle for work purposes is essential.
