Are you an experienced administrator looking for your next role within education?Hays Education is recruiting for an HR Administrator to join a fantastic Multi-Academy Trust, working from their Trust Head Office in Elland.
This is a great opportunity to join a busy and supportive central team, providing essential HR and administrative support across the Trust from 2nd November until Christmas.
What we're looking for: Strong administration and organisational skills
Previous HR administration experience would be beneficial
Experience using Arbor is highly desirable.
Knowledge or experience of the School Workforce Census would be a real advantage.
Excellent attention to detail
Confident communication and IT skills
Previous experience working within a school, academy or education setting would be ideal.
The role:You'll support the Trust with a range of HR and general administrative duties, helping ensure records, systems and day-to-day processes are kept organised and up to date. Based: Elland, West Yorkshire
Hours: 8:00am-4:00pm, Monday to Friday
Start: 2nd November
Contract: Temporary until Christmas
