With a strong pipeline of secured projects across commercial, healthcare, education, industrial, defence and public sector environments, they are continuing to invest in their pre-construction function and are looking to appoint a talented Electrical Estimator to support future growth. Your new role As Electrical Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing detailed and accurate cost estimates for a range of building services projects across Scotland.Working closely with clients, consultants, suppliers and operational teams, you will play a key role in securing profitable new business and ensuring successful project delivery from the outset. Key responsibilities will include: Preparing detailed electrical estimates and competitive tender submissions. Reviewing drawings, specifications and tender documentation. Carrying out take-offs and producing accurate cost plans.
