Your new role
As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, you will play a key role in supporting children's learning and development, ensuring they receive outstanding care and education in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).You will work collaboratively with colleagues and families to create a safe, stimulating and engaging environment where every child can flourish.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years.
- Support children's learning and development through play and planned activities.
- Build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
- Observe, assess and record children's progress.
- Ensure the nursery environment remains safe, welcoming and inclusive.
- Promote safeguarding and wellbeing at all times.
- Support children's individual needs and encourage independence.
What you'll need to succeed
- A full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification.
- Previous experience working within a nursery or childcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework.
- A genuine passion for supporting young children's development.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Understanding of safeguarding responsibilities.
- A positive, enthusiastic and caring approach.
