The Role As the Early Years Room Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership and management of your designated room, ensuring children receive outstanding care, welfare and educational experiences. You will lead and motivate a team of practitioners, oversee planning and assessment processes, monitor children's progress, and maintain exceptional standards in line with the EYFS Framework, Ofsted requirements and nursery policies.
