Your New Role
As an Early Years Practitioner, you will:
Support children aged 0-5 with their learning and developmen
Create a fun, safe, and engaging environment that sparks curiosity and creativity
Plan and deliver exciting activities in line with the EYFS framework
Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
Observe, assess, and record children's progress
Promote children's wellbeing, independence, and confidence
Support children's social, emotional, and educational development
What You'll Need to Succeed
Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education
Sound understanding of the EYFS framework
A genuine passion for supporting young children
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach
Previous experience in a nursery or Early Years setting is desirable.
