Our client, an exciting new start-up in the Charity space, are looking to recruit an experienced, driven Door-to-Door Fundraiser to join their brand. Working across London (new areas assigned each week) in a very autonomous capacity, this is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate!
Whilst our client have only recently formed, the Founder boasts 5+ years' experience of working in a very similar Fundraising space. Keen to utilise this experience and branch out on their own, they have founded the business to capitalise on the London market, and are looking to grow exponentially! In a nutshell, your responsibilities will include:
- Knocking on 60-80 doors on a daily basis (new assigned territory every week)
- Building rapport with potential customers, introducing the chosen charity and explaining the difference each donation makes
- Working to sales targets (2+ daily sign-ups)
- Offering a warm/friendly/consultative approach to ensure each potential customer feels valued (and not rushed into any decision!)
- Handling objections to try and convert customers
In order to be considered for this position, it is ESSENTIAL that you have the following:
- Experience of working in a field-based sales capacity (preferably Fundraising but open to other products)
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- Genuine motivation to earn as much money as possible in additional commission
- Warm, friendly sales approach
- Incredible communication skills
In addition to a very competitive basic salary of £30,000, our client are also offering the following:
- Uncapped commission structure (realistic OTE: £40,000 - £50,000)
- Great working hours: Monday - Friday: 12.00pm - 8.00pm
- Autonomous working schedule (new territory assigned weekly)
