Electrician - Social Housing Repairs Maintenance Location: Rushden, Peterborough surrounding areas Job Type: Permanent Full-Time Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm The Opportunity We are recruiting for an experienced Electrician to join a well-established property maintenance contractor delivering responsive repairs and maintenance services across a portfolio of residential properties. Y ou'll be responsible for carrying out a wide range of electrical repairs, maintenance, testing, and installation work within occupied and void residential properties. The successful candidate will take pride in delivering a high standard of workmanship, focusing on first-time fixes and excellent customer service. A company van, fuel card, and power tools are provided, along with participation in a paid on-call rota (approximately 1 week every 5-6 weeks).
