Your New Role
As a Client Care Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for new and existing clients, playing a vital role in delivering an excellent customer experience from initial enquiry through to handover to the legal team.Working as part of a busy Client Care Team, you will manage incoming enquiries, support the onboarding process for new clients, and ensure all necessary information and documentation is obtained accurately and efficiently.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling inbound switchboard calls and directing enquiries appropriately.
- Speaking with prospective clients to gather claim information and secure instructions.
- Accurately updating and maintaining information within the case management system.
- Processing new claim referrals and conducting conflict checks.
- Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, including scanning, filing and document management.
- Supporting clients through onboarding, including obtaining identification documents and completing compliance checks.
- Liaising with clients, witnesses, insurers and external agencies to gather information required for claims.
- Assisting with rehabilitation referrals, insurance documentation and claim notifications.
- Providing administrative support to fee earners and wider teams.
- Ensuring all client queries are handled professionally, promptly and with a high level of care.
- Supporting the training and development of new team members where required.

- Previous experience in a customer service, client care, legal, insurance or professional services environment.
- A professional and confident telephone manner.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- The ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Good organisational and administrative skills.
- Experience of working within a fast-paced environment.
- A collaborative approach and team-focused mindset.
- Strong IT skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
Candidates with transferable customer service or administration experience will also be considered.
