The Opportunity
Hays is partnering with a leading global professional services organisation to recruit Consultants and Senior Consultants into its Cyber Strategy & Transformation team. This is a highly client-facing consulting role where you'll help organisations understand their most important cyber risks, identify areas for improvement and turn cyber strategy into practical, sustainable change. You'll work closely with senior client stakeholders as part of multidisciplinary teams, gaining exposure to complex cyber challenges across strategy, risk, governance and transformation.
What you'll be working on
Your projects will typically cover three key areas:
Cyber Strategy & Risk
- Assessing cyber risk, capability and maturity.
- Developing cyber strategies and risk-based roadmaps.
- Helping organisations prioritise cyber investment.
- Supporting senior stakeholders with cyber risk decision-making.
- Working with recognised frameworks and standards including NIST CSF, ISO 27001, NCSC CAF and NIS2.
Cyber Transformation
- Turning cyber strategies and assessments into practical transformation programmes.
- Defining programme scope, priorities, governance and outcomes.
- Supporting the delivery of complex cyber change across large organisations.
- Monitoring delivery risks and helping ensure improvements are successfully embedded.
Cyber Governance & Operating Models
- Helping organisations establish clear ownership and accountability for cyber risk. xgikmsk
