Key responsibilities will include: Leading, coaching and motivating a collections team to achieve and exceed performance targets. Monitoring team performance against KPIs, SLAs and debt recovery objectives. Conducting regular quality assurance reviews of calls and correspondence to ensure compliance and service standards are maintained.
