We are currently recruiting for a fully qualified Electrician to work with a well-established social housing maintenance provider across North Leicestershire and surrounding areas.
The role will involve carrying out responsive electrical repairs and maintenance within occupied social housing properties.This is initially a temporary position, paying up to £29.00 per hour, with the potential to become permanent for the right person.
Duties will include:
- Responsive electrical repairs and maintenance
- Fault finding and diagnostics
- Testing and inspection
- Electrical remedial works
- Completing relevant certification
- Working within occupied social housing properties
Essential qualifications:
- 18th Edition
- Level 3 Electrical Installation
- 2391 Testing & Inspection
- Full UK driving licence
- Previous social housing / domestic maintenance experience preferred
Package:
- Up to £29.00 per hour
- 37 hours per week
- Company van provided if required
- Alternatively, use your own van with mileage paid
- Temporary contract with the potential to go permanent
- Consistent work across North Leicestershire and surrounding areas
