  • Managing project programmes and tracking progress against key milestones.
  • Conducting regular site visits, inspections and progress reviews.

  • Maintaining strong stakeholder relationships and acting as the main point of contact throughout project delivery.
  • Supporting and mentoring Project Engineers and other delivery personnel where required.

What We're Looking For

  • HNC/HND or Degree qualified in Mechanical, Electrical or a related Engineering discipline.
  • Previous experience delivering projects within the water, utilities, industrial process or infrastructure sectors.
  • Strong understanding of MEICA installations and project delivery principles.
  • Experience managing multiple live projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and project performance.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
  • Knowledge of NEC contracts

What You'll Get

  • Opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of Southern Water projects.
  • Hybrid mix of site and office-based working across Hampshire.
