We are looking for a confident and organised recruitment Resourcer to provide temporary support to a busy recruitment team. This is a fast-paced role involving high volumes of candidate calls, screening applicants and arranging interviews.
Key Responsibilities
Making a high volume of outbound calls to candidates
Screening candidates against role requirements
Discussing vacancies and assessing candidate suitability
Booking and coordinating interviews
Updating candidate information and recruitment records
Following up with candidates throughout the recruitment process
Supporting the wider recruitment team with general administration
About You
Confident and professional telephone manner
Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls
Strong communication and customer service skills
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Able to work independently within a remote environment
Comfortable working to targets and managing a busy workload
Previous recruitment, resourcing, telesales or high-volume customer service experience would be advantageous
This would suit someone who enjoys speaking to people, works well at pace and is confident about managing a high volume of candidate activity from home.
