Your new role

As a Customer Experience Support Adviser, you will be responsible for handling a variety of customer enquiries via both phone and email.

You will support customers with order amendments, delivery updates, stock availability queries and general account enquiries.

Working closely with the wider team, you will ensure customer requests are resolved efficiently while maintaining accurate records on the internal system.

This is a varied role requiring strong communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks throughout the day.
