We are looking for an experienced Programme Manager to lead the delivery of a significant technology and business transformation programme. The successful candidate will be a strong, hands-on Programme Manager who can take ownership of complex delivery, coordinate multiple workstreams and suppliers, and manage stakeholders across technology and the wider business.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of a complex transformation programme
- Manage multiple projects and workstreams, ensuring they remain aligned to overall programme objectives
- Own programme plans, governance, RAID management, dependencies, budgets and reporting
- Coordinate internal teams, third-party suppliers and stakeholders
- Provide clear programme level reporting and visibility of progress, risks and decisions
- Drive delivery across both technical and business change workstreams
- Ensure dependencies between technology, data, processes and operational teams are effectively managed
- Establish strong governance while maintaining a pragmatic, delivery focused approach
What you'll need to succeed
- Strong track record as a Programme Manager delivering large, complex transformation programmes
- Excellent stakeholder management
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects, workstreams and suppliers
- Strong programme governance, planning, risk and dependency management experience
- Comfortable operating across both technology and business facing environments
- Experience within utilities, energy, infrastructure or another asset-intensive environment would be highly beneficial
- GIS / geospatial transformation experience is highly desirable
- Experience delivering programmes involving platforms such as Esri ArcGIS would be advantageous
- Strong commercial awareness and experience managing third party delivery partners
