  • Your new role
  • Monitor the team mailbox, providing accurate, efficient, professional responses to enquires using the team's lines to take document, seeking advice from the team leader when required and eventually building up knowledge and expertise to respond independently.
  • Providing support at branch on-site events, including in-person training events.
  • Providing support for virtual workshops.
  • Build professional relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders within the L&D field.
  • Monitor, update, review and take action on a range of statistical and other information, such as waiting list numbers, feedback responses, attendance figures.
  • General administrative duties including filing, telephone work, document handling and recording and arranging meetings.
  • Maintaining records, including those on electronic systems and assembling documentation for meeting folders etc.
  • Assisting with scheduling courses, publishing events and promoting opportunities.
  • Raising POs, receipting and updating financial records.
  • What you'll need to succeed
  • Experience of working in an HR or L&D environment
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
  • Must be able to attend the Cardiff office 2 days per week as a minimum
  • Must pass a Basic DBS check
