We are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi Skilled Carpenter to join a busy property maintenance team delivering repairs and maintenance works across a portfolio of residential properties.This is a fantastic long-term contract opportunity offering consistent work, full-time hours and competitive rates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carrying out all aspects of carpentry repairs and maintenance
- Hanging doors, fitting locks and carrying out basic joinery works
- Kitchen and bathroom repairs
- Reactive and planned maintenance tasks
- Completing additional basic trade works where required
- Ensuring work is completed to a high standard within occupied properties
Requirements:
- Proven carpentry experience within a maintenance environment
- Ability to carry out a range of multi-trade repairs
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Experience working within residential properties preferred
