Business Change Manager - Business Readiness, Insurance, Transformation Up to £550pd (Inside IR35) UK (hybrid) - must be UK based 6 months I'm currently working with a leading organisation undergoing a major enterprise-wide transformation and looking for a Business Change Manager with business readiness experience across a large-scale change programme. Key Requirements: Proven Business Readiness Manager, Business Change Manager or transformation lead experience. Strong background delivering readiness activities across large transformation programmes. Experience managing stakeholder engagement, readiness assessments, deployment planning and go-live activities. Ability to identify and manage risks, dependencies and business impacts. Experience coordinating business and technology workstreams. Understanding of operational environments and business adoption of change. Nice to Have: Insurance or other regulated industry experience.
