Business Applications Lead Sheffield + Hybrid working Up to £60,000 Your new role The Business Applications Lead will lead the enhancing, supporting and maintenance of business-critical systems across the group, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Microsoft Power Platform technologies, HRIS, ATS, LMS, etc. The role supports the effective operation of IT applications, ensures timely resolution of issues, and contributes to the continuous improvement of systems and processes. The role spans across group operating companies, supporting multiple divisions. It involves cross-departmental collaboration, vendor management, and end-user engagement; Leading application improvements, maintenance and updates, providing 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support for Dynamics 365 Business Central, Supporting Power Platform solutions, including PowerApps and Power BI and Supporting training, user enablement, and business engagement.
