Building Concierge
Our client is a well-established property organisation with a growing portfolio of mixed-use and commercial assets. Due to continued growth, an opportunity has arisen for a Concierge to join their Property Management team in Manchester.This is a customer-focused role, acting as the face of the building and ensuring a first-class experience for tenants, visitors and contractors while supporting the day-to-day management of a busy multi-let property.
Y our new role
As Concierge, you will act as the front-of-house representative for a flagship mixed-use building, providing exceptional customer service whilst supporting building operations, health & safety compliance and contractor management activities.Working closely with the Property Management team, you will play a key role in ensuring the building remains safe, welcoming and professionally managed, while developing strong relationships with occupiers and visitors.
Key responsibilities:
Provide a high level of customer service to tenants, visitors and stakeholders.
Meet and greet visitors, ensuring a professional front-of-house experience.
Respond to building queries and maintenance issues.
Coordinate and supervise contractors attending site.
Complete a range of administrative and reporting tasks.
Undertake routine property inspections.
Manage post, parcels, keys and CCTV systems.
Administer access control systems, including issuing access cards and producing reports.
Support compliance with Health & Safety and statutory requirements.
Assist with tenant onboarding and offboarding processes.
Maintain accurate building records and documentation.
Attend team meetings and contribute to service improvements.
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience within a Concierge, Front of House or Property Management role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service focus and professional manner.
Ability to work independently and use initiative.
Strong organisational and administrative skills.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
