Roles & Responsibilities
* Carrying out site inspections and audits across operational projects
* Building strong relationships with engineers, supervisors and subcontractors
* Providing practical Health & Safety advice and guidance to operational teams
* Supporting incident investigations and identifying root causes
* Reviewing RAMS and ensuring safe systems of work are being followed
* Delivering toolbox talks and supporting safety initiatives across the business
* Identifying areas for improvement and reporting findings to the Head of HSE and senior leadership team
* Promoting a positive Health & Safety culture through coaching, engagement and visible leadership
* Supporting compliance, audits and continuous improvement activities
Who They're Looking For
* NEBOSH qualified
* Experience within utilities, electrical infrastructure, telecoms, civil engineering, construction or wider industrial environments
* A confident communicator who can build trust and influence people at all levels
* Someone who enjoys being visible on site and developing strong working relationships
* Naturally curious, proactive and solutions-focused
* Keen to develop their career and grow alongside the business
Salary & Benefits
* Β£35,000 - Β£45,000 depending on experience
