Part time School Finance Assistant (12 hours per week based over 3 days)
Based in Kingstanding, North Birmingham £15-£16ph
Your new company
A Secondary School based in North Birmingham is looking for a Part-time Finance Administrator to support their Business Manager. The school are ideally looking for someone 3 days a week, Monday to Wednesday, 10am - 2pm. The role is long term and term time only.
Your new role
The role would entail providing finance admin support to the school. This will include processing invoices, raising POs and bank reconciliations and providing general admin support, as well as supporting on reception when required. Please note that you will be working the days that the Business Manager is not in so you must be able to work from your own initiative.
Please note interested applicants must hold finance experience.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have finance experience in the above ideally in a school and be able to work quickly under your initiative. You will also have recent satisfactory references for carrying out a similar placement within the last 2 years. You will also need to have a clear DBS check.
