The Opportunity We have an exciting opportunity for a consultant to join our Technology division in Birmingham, focusing on recruiting Cyber Security professionals into contract and interim opportunities. You'll be stepping into a high-value market with the opportunity to grow and develop a desk specialising in Cyber Security contract recruitment. You'll partner with organisations requiring specialist expertise across a variety of cyber and information security roles, placing candidates into temporary and contract roles. As a recruitment consultant, you will gain exposure to a range of different activities whilst being supported by a structured training and development programme from day one.
- Source, interview, and match high-quality Cyber Security professionals to contract opportunities
- Identify and proactively partner with new and existing clients through new outreach and business development calls to build better, profitable outcomes by understanding their hiring needs and challenges
- Manage the recruitment process by guiding candidates and clients through the full recruitment process from taking a brief to negotiating offers
