Your new role
As Head of Transaction Tax, you will lead the development of a dedicated Transaction Tax offering, advising clients on acquisitions, disposals, restructurings, and shareholder transactions.
Working closely with Corporate Finance colleagues and other professional advisers, you'll support clients throughout the deal lifecycle while helping to grow the firm's Transaction Tax capability, build key client relationships, and develop a specialist team.
- What you'll need to succeed
- UK Transaction Tax experience.
- Strong buy-side and sell-side tax due diligence expertise.
- Experience advising owner-managed businesses and shareholders.
- A proven track record in business development and client relationship management.
- CTA, ACA or equivalent professional qualification.
