Your new company is an established national organisation seeking an experienced Financial Accountant to join its Record to Report (R2R) function. Reporting to the R2R Controller, this position plays a key role in ensuring the effective delivery of compliance, governance and statutory reporting activities across the finance shared services environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing compliance and governance processes delivered by an offshore team, ensuring all statutory, regulatory and internal reporting obligations are completed accurately, efficiently and within agreed deadlines. Acting as the primary liaison between Finance Shared Services, Tax, Divisional Finance teams and offshore stakeholders, the role will provide technical expertise, leadership, coaching and support while promoting a culture of strong financial control, service excellence and continuous improvement.
