About the RoleWe are looking for a proactive and solutions-focused Warranty Specialist to join our Ownership Services Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting warranty operations, providing expert guidance on warranty processes, and driving continuous improvement across the aftersales function. Working closely with regional teams, technical specialists, and our dealer network, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate claim handling, minimising financial exposure, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. This role offers a unique blend of technical expertise, stakeholder management, data analysis, and process improvement.
Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Warranty Specialist, you will:
- Provide second-level support for escalated warranty claims, credit note queries, and system-related issues, working collaboratively with claims and regional teams to achieve timely resolutions.
- Review completed warranty claims and analyse warranty data to identify trends, anomalies, and inaccuracies, presenting findings and recommendations to key stakeholders.
- Support dealer warranty audits and chargeback administration, maintaining accurate reporting and assisting in the development of the annual audit plan.
- Coordinate end-to-end workflows and stakeholder actions, ensuring issues are appropriately assigned, monitored, and resolved.
- Maintain clear communication and accurate records, ensuring outcomes are delivered in line with warranty policies, operational standards, and customer expectations.
- Lead warranty onboarding activities for new dealers, including labour rate and consumables requests, ensuring effective cost control and compliance.
- Support the delivery of warranty training in partnership with regional and technical teams, creating guidance documents, communications, and published bulletins.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives through the development, testing, and implementation of robust processes, procedures, and supporting documentation.
