Reporting directly to the senior leadership team, you will lead the finance function, provide strategic financial insight and support operational decision-making across the business.
You will play a key role in driving financial performance, enhancing reporting processes and supporting future growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the preparation of monthly management accounts, delivering accurate and insightful financial reporting.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial planning processes.
- Manage cash flow forecasting, working capital and treasury activities.
- Lead the year-end process, including statutory accounts preparation and external audit management.
- Drive financial control across manufacturing operations, including inventory, stock valuation and cost accounting.
- Monitor and analyse manufacturing performance, margins and operational KPIs to support business decisions.
- Partner with operational and engineering teams to improve profitability and efficiency.
- Oversee payroll, VAT compliance and regulatory reporting requirements.
- Manage fixed asset accounting, capital expenditure reporting and investment appraisal.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls and company policies.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance reporting accuracy and operational efficiency.
