An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Interim Project Finance Support professional to join a busy finance team within a leading Bath-based organisation. Working closely with finance and operational stakeholders, you will provide financial support across a range of projects, helping to ensure accurate reporting, cost tracking, and financial control.
This role would suit a highly organised individual with strong analytical skills who enjoys working with data and supporting business improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with project budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Monitoring project costs and expenditure against budgets
- Supporting project managers with financial information and analysis
- Maintaining accurate project finance records and documentation
- Processing project-related purchase orders, invoices, and financial transactions
- Producing reports using Excel and finance systems
- Assisting with reconciliations and month-end project accounting activities
- Investigating financial queries and resolving data discrepancies
- Supporting finance and operational teams with ad hoc project work
About You
- Previous experience within finance, project support, or finance administration
