Corporate Host / Workplace SupportBangor | Full-time, 37 hours | Temporary | Immediate start
We are recruiting for a Corporate Host / Workplace Support professional to join a busy site in Bangor. This is a varied role, combining front-of-house reception and visitor management with hands-on facilities support.
You'll be responsible for creating a welcoming, professional environment while helping ensure the site remains safe, organised and running smoothly.
What you'll be doing
- Welcoming, signing in and escorting visitors
- Managing meeting room set-ups, refreshments and hospitality
- Completing routine site, first aid and workplace checks via a tablet
- Carrying out basic vehicle and equipment inspections
- Supporting light-touch health & safety and compliance checks
- Keeping reception, meeting rooms and communal areas well presented
- Reporting maintenance issues, hazards and defects
- Supporting contractors, deliveries and general workplace requests
- Managing your own weekly checklist and prioritising tasks around site activity
What we're looking forYou could come from corporate reception, front-of-house, facilities, hospitality, customer service or workplace support. More importantly, you'll be proactive, organised and happy to take ownership.You'll need:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- A professional, confident and welcoming approach
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
- A practical, hands-on attitude
- Ability to manage your own workload
Previous facilities or health & safety experience would be an advantage, but it isn't essential.
The detailsLocation: BangorHours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, worked between 8am and 5pm
Contract: Temporary until the end of January, with potential to extend and for permanent
