Assistant Asset Technician - Temporary Our client is a large and complex organisation responsible for managing a substantial estate portfolio, delivering facilities maintenance and compliance services across a diverse property portfolio. Due to increased demand within the Facilities Maintenance Compliance team, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Helpdesk professional to support the delivery of maintenance services through the effective coordination of work requests, contractors and stakeholders. Your new role As Assistant Asset Technician - Helpdesk, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operation of a busy Facilities Helpdesk environment. You will be responsible for receiving and managing maintenance requests, coordinating with contractors and operational teams, updating CAFM systems and ensuring a high standard of customer service is delivered to service users.
