The school is looking to appoint a dedicated Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join their Key Stage 1 team from the end of September.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Teaching Assistant who is passionate about supporting children's progress and helping them build confidence in their learning.

The successful candidate will work closely with class teachers to support children with their phonics, reading and maths, as well as delivering targeted intervention sessions to small groups of pupils who require additional support.

The Role

Supporting teaching and learning across Key Stage 1.

Delivering phonics, reading and maths interventions to small groups of children.

Working with pupils who have learning difficulties and require additional support to achieve their potential.

Supporting children's academic, social and emotional development.

Monitoring progress and providing feedback to the class teacher.

Helping to create an engaging, nurturing and inclusive learning environment.

Building positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents.

What We're Looking For

Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.

Previous experience working within a primary school setting.

Strong knowledge of Key Stage 1 and phonics teaching.

Experience delivering interventions in reading, phonics and maths.

Confidence working with children with additional learning needs.

Excellent communication and organisational skills.

A positive, proactive and nurturing approach.
