We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join a specialist school setting in Rugby. This is a rewarding opportunity to support children and young people with a range of Special Educational Needs (SEN), helping them to access education, build confidence, and develop essential life skills in a structured and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with additional needs
