This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building positive relationships, supporting students with additional needs, and making a genuine difference to young people s education and wellbeing. The RoleWorking closely with teachers, SEN staff, and pastoral teams, you will support students aged 11-16 who may require additional assistance due to behavioural, social, emotional, or special educational needs.You will help students remain engaged in learning, develop confidence, and achieve success both inside and outside the classroom.
