Your new role You will work alongside the class teacher to help pupils feel supported, included and ready to learn. Your day may involve: Supporting learning and classroom activities across EYFS, KS1 or KS2 Guiding small groups through focused tasks Offering individual support to pupils who need extra encouragement Helping children develop confidence, independence and positive learning habits Contributing to a calm, welcoming and inclusive classroom Supporting classroom organisation and everyday routinesFull-time and part-time options are available, including long-term assignments and roles with the potential to become permanent.
