- Experienced Teaching Assistants who have worked in a primary school setting within the last two years
- Positive role models who can support pupils academically, socially and emotionally
- Collaborative team players who enjoy working alongside teachers and wider school staff
- Individuals with a warm, engaging approach and a genuine passion for helping children thrive
What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting teaching and learning across EYFS, KS1 or KS2
- Providing 1:1 or small-group support to boost pupil progress
- Helping create a fun, inclusive and safe learning environment
- Assisting with classroom activities, resources and behaviour support
- Becoming a valued part of a friendly school community
