Your new role Supply teachers play a crucial role in supporting schools during critical periods by offering specialised subject cover or general teaching assistance when regular staff members are absent. It is commonplace for long-term supply roles to result in permanent job offers, making supply a brilliant way of showcasing your talent to local schools. What you'll need to succeed Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualifications (PGCE, QTS, QTLS) A minimum of 2 months' UK teaching experience in the past 4 years (this can include university placements). Strong communication and organisational skills. Adherence to professional standards and commitment to student development. You must have the right to work in the UK.We welcome applicants who are currently working for other agencies.
