Location: Stratford-upon-Avon and surrounding areas

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm (Term Time Only)

We can offer flexible supply work to fit around your availability, with opportunities in both specialist and mainstream settings throughout the academic year.

Your new role

As a SEND Supply Teacher, you will play a key role in supporting pupils with a range of additional needs, helping them to engage with learning and achieve positive outcomes. Assignments may vary from day-to-day and short-term cover to longer-term placements.

You may be supporting pupils with:

  • Autism (ASC)
  • SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs)
  • Moderate and severe learning difficulties
  • Communication and language needs
  • Complex additional needs

What you'll need to succeed

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification
  • Experience teaching children or young people with SEND is desirable
  • Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
  • A flexible and adaptable approach
  • A genuine passion for supporting pupils with additional needs
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
