Are you a caring, patient, and dedicated Teaching Assistant with experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)?

Hays Education is working in partnership with a welcoming primary school in the Kineton area and is seeking an enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team.

The school is looking for someone who can provide tailored support to pupils with additional needs, helping them to thrive both academically and socially.

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will

Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with additional needs.

Help implement individual learning and behaviour plans.

Support pupils with communication, emotional, and social development.

Work closely with teachers and the SENCO to ensure pupils receive the best possible support.

Create a positive, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment.

What We're Looking For

Previous experience working with children with SEN in a school, childcare, or support setting.

A patient, compassionate, and adaptable approach.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

The ability to support pupils with a range of needs, including ASD, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and SEMH.

An enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.
