Your new company
Hays Education are supporting a Primary School in Southport looking to add to their EY TA team for the coming academic year.
Due to the number of SEND children coming into the school, we are looking to recruit a full time Teaching Assistant for the full academic year.
Your new role
Working with the Teacher and 2 x TAs you will work with the EY framework supporting children as they start their education journey.
You will need to support with personal care, behaviour support and assessment to check the level of the new cohort to then support their learning and development.
What you'll need to succeed
A TA or equivalent qualification would be an advantage for this role, as would experience working with the EY framework.
Experience working with SEND children is essential.
All experience will need to be in the last 2 years which can be referenced.
You will have excellent time management and communication skills and be able to work well as part of team.
