Your new company: This Receptionist job has been made available by a Secondary School in Sheffield. Your new role: This school is currently looking for a full-time Receptionist to start as soon as possible. Your time in this role will include:
- Meeting and greeting visitors
- Management of the school phone line
- Responding to emails
- Checking in/out visitors and other stakeholders
- General Admin duties
What you'll need to succeed: The ideal candidate would have:
- Strong IT skills
- Respect for safeguarding and confidentiality
- A strong ability to communicate well
- Work as part of a team and as an individual
- Use your own initiative
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Maintain attention to detail and be organised, motivated and punctual
We will need to be able to obtain references to cover the last 2 years as a minimum, and you will need to be willing to undergo an Enhanced DBS check if you don't already have a DBS on the update service.
