Are you passionate about supporting students with special educational needs (SEN)? Hays Education is urgently recruiting experienced and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to work across a range of mainstream and specialist schools in Chesterfield.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 and group support for students with special educational needs (SEN)
- Assist in delivering Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs)
- Support classroom teachers with behaviour management and student engagement
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
- Collaborate with SEN professionals, including speech therapists and educational psychologists
- Track and report on student progress and development
Requirements:
- Essential: Experience working with children, ideally in an SEN setting
- Optional: Experience working within a healthcare/care worker setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive, adaptable, and compassionate approach
What We Offer:
Competitive pay: Up to 120/day + holiday pay (PAYE or Umbrella)
