We are currently recruiting Permanent SEN Teaching Assistants to join a supportive and well-established Special Educational Needs (SEN) school based in Coventry, starting September 2026. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about supporting children with additional needs and are seeking a long term role within a specialist education setting.

The Role

  • Supporting pupils with a range of special educational needs, including ASD, ADHD, learning difficulties, and social, emotional and behavioural needs
  • Providing 1 to 1 and small group support in line with individual education plans (IEPs)
  • Assisting the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom support
  • Supporting pupils with communication, emotional regulation, and independence
  • Helping to maintain a safe, calm, and inclusive learning environment
