Your Role Will Include:

Providing tailored one-to-one and small group support for pupils with diverse special educational needs
Working closely with teachers and SENCOs to deliver individual education plans (IEPs)
Creating a safe, structured, and engaging learning environment
Supporting pupils with communication, sensory, and emotional needs
Assisting with classroom organisation and inclusive learning activities
What We\’re Looking For:

A patient, empathetic, and resilient approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Previous experience supporting children with SEN (school or similar setting) is highly desirable.
Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is an advantage, but not essential.
