Are you an experienced and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant looking for flexible work in the B10 area of Birmingham? I am seeking dedicated SEN specialists to support pupils with additional needs across our network of local primary schools.

What We're Looking For:
- Relevant SEN experience (supporting pupils with ASD, ADHD, SEMH, speech and language needs, or other additional needs)
- Specialist training (Team Teach, Makaton, PECS) is highly desirable
- Strong behaviour management and communication skills
- Flexibility and reliability
- Previous experience in Primary Schools (preferred)
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
- A positive attitude and a passion for making a difference in pupils' lives
