In this role, you'll be at the heart of helping learners with a variety of special educational needs-including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) challenges, and learning difficulties, access lessons, develop independence, and build confidence.
Your support will be crucial not only for academic progress but also for personal growth and wellbeing. 💼 What You'll Be Doing * Providing tailored 1:1 and small group support for students with complex SEN needs, adapting your approach to suit each learner.
