Are you a confident and experienced individual with a passion for supporting young people? Do you thrive in dynamic environments and have a track record of managing groups of 10-16 year olds in settings such as sports clubs, youth groups, or community centres?
Hays Education is working in partnership with a number of schools in Batley to recruit Cover Supervisors for the new academic year. Following an exceptionally busy year with high demand for day-to-day, short-term and long-term cover, we are anticipating similar levels this year-and we\’re looking to build a reliable and skilled team to support local schools.
Your RoleAs a Cover Supervisor, you will:

Supervise classes in the absence of the regular teacher
Ensure learning continues smoothly using pre-set lesson plans
Maintain a focused, safe and supportive classroom environment
Build a strong rapport with students aged 10-16, encouraging positive behaviour and engagement What We\’re Looking ForWe welcome applications from candidates who have:

Experience managing groups of 10 or more children or young people (ages 10-16)
