Have you ever considered a career in a school but don't have a teaching qualification? We work with schools in order to support them with daily and long term cover requirements. These roles can be full time or part time and will give you experience of working with young people.
We are looking for people who may possess one or more of the following:
- Has cared for a child with SEN or additional needs.
- Has worked within an adult or child-care setting.
- Has been a Teaching Assistant or cover supervisor in the past and is looking to return.
- Has worked with young people in a coaching, sports, Brownies, youth work setting.
What the role entails:
- Covering lessons for absent teachers.
- Delivering pre-set work to students.
- Behaviour managing.
- Covering in all subject areas.
What you will need:
- A passion for supporting children within education.
- A willingness to go above and beyond to help a child achieve.
- A good level of literacy and numeracy.
- Strong communication skills.
- Previous experience of working with children is desirable but not essential.
